Entertaining Center
The Entertaining Center is available free-of-charge for our residents to hold private functions. The Entertaining Center can seat up to 65 people, has a fully equipped kitchen, and offers several seating/table arrangements to choose from, one of which includes a 15 X 15-dance floor. |

Fitness Center
Our State of the Art Fitness Center offers residents the very best in cardiovascular and weight training equipment. It also features many cable televisions equipped with “Fitness Cinema”, an audio delivery system that will allow you to listen to the television program of your choice. The Fitness Center is conveniently open daily from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM, to accommodate our residents varying schedules. There are also private showers and a changing area located adjacent to the gym, for your convenience.

We have two pools to enjoy during the summer season. Our main pool is an Olympic size pool fully supervised by our lifeguard staff. We also offer an 18" deep wading pool, giving small children the opportunity to safely enjoy the water. The pool area features ample grass lounge areas and plenty of lounge chairs along with umbrella shaded tables for poolside relaxation. We even have free wireless internet access throughout the area, so you can stay connected while enjoying the summer weather!

Reading Library
The Reading Library located in our Clubhouse has a large array of books, magazines, and newspapers. The library offers a pleasant environment for our residents to sit, relax, and enjoy a good book or get some work done. This area also features free wireless internet access. |

Perfect for students, professionals, and clubs, our meeting room is available free-of-charge for our residents to use. It features an octagon shaped table that can accommodate up to 16 people. |

Concierge Services
Our Concierge Services Center provides many services for our residents. When you are away from home, packages requiring a signature will be accepted by our concierge staff and stored on-site for your retrieval. You will not have to make the trip down to the shipping company’s warehouse to pick up packages anymore! At the Concierge Services Center you can make copies and send faxes, withdrawmoney from the ATM, purchase snacks, refreshments,and stamps, as well as borrow tables, chairs, toolboxes, hand trucks/carts, and a variety of sporting equipment to use at our excellent facilities. |

Video Library
Updated monthly, our Video Library offers residents the opportunity to borrow videos from our selection of over 2000 new releases and classic movies, as well as hit television series from top networks such as Showtime and HBO. Video rentals are free of charge and conveniently located in our Concierge Services Office. |
